How did Chat to Humans
come to be?

Chat To Humans was created by the founders after needing a similar service and not finding it in the market. Many solutions were tried, and all of them failed for a variety of reasons, ranging from the wrong kind of service, poor performance and ridiculous prices.

Nothing was up to our standard, so we decided to roll up our sleeves and make something great for ourselves, then we thought, so many other people need this level of quality and support for their business also!

Start-ups, small businesses, and even medium businesses find it hard to offer adequate support. Customer service is like an entire business in itself. It’s difficult to build, manage, train and usually pretty costly. A solution that took those pains away? We just had to share!

Saul is a human who lives for new and interesting food, exploration and travel, random science experiments, and dreams of travelling to space.
